84000 (www.84000.co) is currently offering three full-time positions to scholars with a solid background in the study of Buddhist canonical texts in Tibetan and Sanskrit (and/or Chinese). We are looking for one editor and two translators with completed doctoral degrees to join our growing team of scholars working to translate the Tibetan Kangyur and Tengyur into English.
84000 is a 100-year project (currently in its tenth year), so we are looking for scholars who value long-term professional relationships and thrive in a friendly and stimulating research environment.
